Privacy Policy

PARA PACEM is a non-profit, fan-run community hobby project. We collect the minimum we need to run the site, we don't run ads, and we never sell your data. This page explains in plain language what we store and why.

What we store

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with GitHub or Discord, the basic profile those services share with us (username, display name, avatar). Passwords are handled and hashed by our auth provider (Supabase); we never see them.
• Profile data — the callsign you set, your role, reputation, and badges.
• Game data — the battles, army lists, campaigns, and galaxy activity you record. Some of this is visible to other players by design (for example your callsign on shared battle records, or armies shared with friends).
• Contributions — content you submit to the community library is published under your chosen attribution and reviewed in a public Git repository.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
• No reading of anything from your GitHub or Discord account beyond the basic profile shared at sign-in.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Your choices

You can update your callsign from your profile at any time. If you want your account and its data deleted, or a copy of what we hold about you, contact us on our Discord server at ParaPacem and we'll sort it out. Note that community contributions already published to the public content repository may persist in its history, as is normal for Git-based collaboration.
